To start using the healow app, you must have an existing healow Patient Portal account with your doctor’s office. Once downloaded and launched, simply log in using the same username and password you use to access your provider’s healow Patient Portal website. For added convenience, the app will prompt you to create a PIN and enable Face ID or Touch ID. This will save you from having to enter your login information every time you want to access the app. 🔒
